PURPOSE: A system for a remote maintenance service through remote monitor/control of specialists is provided to minimize time for recovering failure, make management efficient, and reduce a mobilization frequency by separately performing a business to make the specialist monitor/control customer equipments in a remote place and performing the business to make a maintenance company visit a field if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance service server(200) stores/manages maintenance service contract related information and customer information. A maintenance company server(300) makes a contract for sharing a maintenance business of the customer equipments with a maintenance service provider, and stores/manages the contract related information and the information for the customer equipments. A monitoring center(400) remotely monitors/controls the customer equipments, transfers a status report to a customer(100), and orders the maintenance company to visit the customer equipments through a maintenance company server in case that the failure of the customer equipment is not recovered by the remote monitor/control operation.
