PURPOSE: A caster control device of a vehicle is provided to regulate a caster of the vehicle by a simple method and to improve repairing efficiency by changing a relative position of an upper arm shaft for an upper arm assembly bracket in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and fastening the position. CONSTITUTION: A caster control device of a vehicle is composed of an upper arm assembly bracket(5) fixed at a frame; an upper arm shaft(3) combined with the upper arm assembly bracket to slide rectilinearly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle; a mounting bolt(7) joined through the upper arm assembly bracket and the upper arm shaft; and a plurality of caster regulating holes arranged along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to insert the mounting bolt in the upper arm shaft. A scale for indicating the change rate of the caster is formed along the longitudinal direction of the upper arm shaft.
