CENTER HINGE BRACKET OF A REAR SEAT FOR A VEHICLE, WITH A SHOCK ABSORBING MEMBER PLASTICALLY DEFORMED TO ABSORB SHOCK

PURPOSE: A center hinge bracket of a rear seat for a vehicle is provided to prevent luggage from penetrating a compartment by effectively damping shock load of the luggage acting rearward the rear seat by combining a shock absorbing member on a floor by a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A center hinge bracket(100) for fastening a rear seat of a vehicle on a floor(1) comprises a shock absorbing member(110) plastically deformed to absorb shock and inserted and joined on the floor by a bolt(120). The shock absorbing member formed like a honeycomb is composed of a honeycomb block(111) plastically deformed to absorb shock; lower and upper casings(112,113) for receiving the honeycomb block; and a fixing pin(114) for fastening the lower and upper casings to each other. The honeycomb block is compressed vertically to buffer action load.
