CLUTCHLESS COMPRESSOR WITH BEARING BORE HAVING PLURAL FRACTURAL UNITS

PURPOSE: A clutchless compressor is provided to easily process parts and to reduce the assembly time and manufacturing cost by using a simple bearing bore, instead of a complex connection member. CONSTITUTION: A clutchless compressor is composed of a pulley(100) driven by driving force of an engine; a bearing bore(300) installed in the center of the pulley; a disc plate(200) mounted on one side of the pulley to drive a rotary shaft of the compressor; a plurality of fractural units(301) projected on a surface opposite to the disc plate of the bearing bore; and a plurality of fixing grooves(201) positioned oppositely to the fractural unit of the disc plate to fasten the fractural units and formed correspondently to the number of the fractural units. A shock absorbing member(400) is molded between the fractural unit and the fixing groove.
