PURPOSE: A device for examining the size of an inlet and a thread and defects of a perform is provided to easily examine the defect of an inlet and a thread of a perform and measure the size of the upper surface of the inlet and the thread around a side before a completed bottle is produced and to compact the structure of an examining device. CONSTITUTION: A device for examining the size of an inlet and a thread and defects of a perform comprises a first rotation examining unit(30) installed coaxial to a perform(P) and having a first camera(31), a circumference examining unit(50) having a second camera(51) with mirrors(52) obliquely installed on the side of the perform at a uniform interval and a lighting(53) with many light emitting elements, and a second rotation examining unit(60) having a third camera(61) with an oblique mirror(62) of which inner face is plated to perform the function of a reflector.
