Vertical gravitational dryer for cereal grains comprises cascades (7) and from the sides thereof connected channels (6). In the lower part of the fan (4) that is through the channel (3) joned to set of machines (1) and is onward continued with channels (6) up to the cascades (7) that are on the opposite side joined to the channel (17) that joins lower and top cascades (7) through the roofing (8, 8a, 9). Suction channel (19) by fan (20) then through the channel (21) is joined to the cyclone (22, 24) that have the dust outlet (37) and couple the pipe (25) to the second pipe (26) that is joined to the small cyclone (27). Cyclone (24) is joined to pipe (28). Hot air from the set of machines (1) is joined to the air from fan (4) and flows through channel (3, 13, 6, 15) up to the cascade (7) through which passes into channel (17) that joins these with upper cascades (7) and passes through roofing (8, 8a, 9) up to fan (20). It forwards air in cyclon (22, 24) to refine the air and through the venetian blind (23) throws it into the atmosphere and the weeded out residues and dust through the outlet (37) for the dust, forwarding these into the small cyclone (27) and from the cyclon (24) air goes out into return pipe (28). |
