PURPOSE: A locker of a vehicle is provided to secure a good combination surface for a door, to improve rigidity against shock applied from a lateral side of the vehicle by a plurality of bending units, and to cut down the materials and manufacturing cost by integrating the locker. CONSTITUTION: A locker(20) of a vehicle is stretched in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and composed of an upside(21), an outside(23), a lower side(25), and insides(26,27). The upside having an outer step unit(22) is bent outward to the down side and connected with the outside. The outside having an inclined surface formed therein is extended downward and connected with the lower side. An inner step unit(28) is formed by inner upper and lower sides connected to the upside and lower side, respectively. The inner upper side forming the inner step unit extends horizontally to form an extension unit(29).
