PURPOSE: A vibration isolating bush is provided to effectively absorb and reduce vibrations generated from a cooling fan, and allow for ease of assembly of the cooling fan. CONSTITUTION: A vibration isolating bush(150) is secured into a fixing member arranged in a cooling fan housing(100'). The bush is formed into a cylinder having a screw hole for insertion of a bolt(120). The bush has a space formed between a bolt head portion and the cooling fan housing so as to prevent direct contact between the bolt and the cooling fan. The bush has a space formed between the cooling fan housing and a fixed member(200) so as to prevent direct contact between the cooling fan housing and the fixed member. The bush is made of a material for absorbing vibrations of the cooling fan and reducing vibrations transmitted to the fixed member.
