DROP TYPE APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING AN LCD TO REDUCE VISCOSITY OF LIQUID CRYSTALS

PURPOSE: A drop type apparatus for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to reducing viscosity of liquid crystals, thereby preventing damage of an alignment layer in a coupling process of two substrates by using a temperature control unit for controlling the temperatures of a chamber and a nozzle part. CONSTITUTION: A drop type apparatus for manufacturing an LCD comprises the first chamber(110) having a nozzle part(100) for dropping liquid crystals into a first substrate, the second chamber(120) for coupling the first substrate where the liquid crystals are dropped, and a temperature control unit(130). The temperature control unit is capable of raise the temperatures of the nozzle part, the insides of the first chamber and the second chamber, thereby reducing viscosity of liquid crystals during processes for dropping the liquid crystals and coupling the substrates.
