PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a gamma voltage with improved workability is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by supplying a different gamma voltage depending on a gradation level. CONSTITUTION: A first gamma voltage generator(42) supplies an identical gamma voltage to R, G, and B cells. A second gamma voltage generator(44) supplies a different gamma voltage to the R, G, and B cells. The first gamma voltage generator has a first resistance component(R1) connected between a supply voltage source(VDD) and the second gamma voltage generator. The second gamma voltage generator has a second resistance device to a fifth resistance device(R2-R5) which are connected in serial between the first gamma voltage generator and a base voltage source(GND).
