SUEDE TYPE FABRIC HAVING EXCELLENT WEIGHT SENSATION, THICKNESS, REPULSIVE ELASTICITY, TEXTURE AND APPEARANCE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Suede type fabric is characterized by having excellent weight sensation, thickness, repulsive elasticity, texture and appearance, containing polyurethane resin and containing superfine filament having 0.001-0.5 denier of single yarn fineness. The suede type fabric is useful for a coat and a jumper for winter. A manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: Suede type fabric is obtained by the steps of: preparing sea-island type composite filament comprised of an island ingredient having 0.001-0.5 denier of single yarn fineness and a sea ingredient having alkali dissoluble property; using the composite filament as all or a part of warp, weft and pile yarn to manufacture grey fabric; eluting the sea ingredient; infiltrating 1-50wt.% of polyurethane resin into the grey fabric before eluting or after eluting; and then dyeing, raising and buffing the fabric.
