BREATHABLE WATERPROOF FABRIC HAVING EXCELLENT THERMO-KEEPING PROPERTY AND WEARING EFFECT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF USING POLYURETHANE RESIN FORMING UNIFORM FILM HAVING FINE PORES

PURPOSE: Breathable waterproof fabric has excellent thermo-keeping property and wearing effect. A manufacturing method thereof is characterized by adding micro-capsule to increase temperature controlling ability and using polyurethane resin capable of forming an uniform film having fine pores. CONSTITUTION: Breathable waterproof fabric comprises: fabric(A); an adhesive film layer(B) of linear water-dispersible polyurethane resin; and a surface film layer(C) of network water-dispersible polyurethane resin. The adhesive film layer(B) contains phase transition micro-capsule. The breathable waterproof fabric is obtained by the steps of: dry-coating the fabric(A) with the linear water-dispersible polyurethane resin composition to form the adhesive film layer(B); dry-coating the adhesive film layer(B) with the network water-dispersible polyurethane resin composition to form the surface film layer(C); and then adding the phase transition micro-capsule to the linear water-dispersible polyurethane resin composition.
