PURPOSE: Provided is a composition for curing cancer containing the extract of Jipaesan composed of Angelica Dahurica and Fritillariae Verticillata, thereby inhibiting proliferation of human leukemia cells,promoting differentiation thereof or apoptosis. CONSTITUTION: The therapeutic composition for cancer is characterized by containing the extract of Jipaesan composed of Angelica Dahurica and Fritillariae Verticillata as an active ingredient, in the amount of 0.1-200mg/kg of body weight. The extract is obtained by extracting the Jipaesan with hot water and freeze-drying the supernatant of the extract.
