PURPOSE: A radiographic apparatus and a radiographic method are provided to reduce noise caused by remaining electric charges of image data based on the state of the remaining electric charges. CONSTITUTION: A radiographic apparatus includes a radiation irradiating section(110) for irradiating radiation onto an object, a radiation photographing section(120) having a role of a radiation photographing sensor, a determination section(140) for determining a state of the radiation photographing section(120), a control section(125) for inputting radiation photographing information, and a control section(130) for controlling the radiation irradiating section(110) and the radiation photographing section(120). An image display section(170) is provided to display an image.
