A self-standing toilet seat for taking care of urination and defecation needs in traditional and squat toilets consists basically of a toilet seat (1) on which three legs (3) are attached to pivots (4) from under its bottom side. In the upright setup, the legs (3) of the self-standing toilet seat, put over a toilet pan or a squat toilet hole, are opened up and their position is fixed by snap-in plugs (6) in such a manner that each respective plug (6) is pressed with its spherical shape (21) into a U-notch (12) on a disk (11). In the folded state of the legs (3), the snap-in plugs (6) are pressed with their spherical shapes (21) into boreholes (17) on tubes (20). In the case of uneven floor and soft underlay, shim plates (7) shall be inserted under lower parts of the legs (3). When a child is going to use the self-standing toilet seat, a disk (2) is inserted into the ellipsoidal opening (22) of the toilet seat (1).
|
