The installation relates to the power engineering, in particular to the wind-driven electric plants.The wind-driven electric plant contains a support with an axis of rotation, installed thereon, turning blades connected thereto and provided with spring-loaded rotation limiters, and a generator, kinematically coupled with the vertical axis. Onto the vertical axis of rotation there are fixed two horizontal disks, between which there are mounted turning blades made in sections, each of them including a frame and vertical rotatory sections fixed thereon, each of them provided with spring-loaded rotation limiters, and the axis of each turning blade is fixed onto the vertical part of the frame, at the same time the spring-loaded blade rotation limiters are fixed onto disks, and under the inferior disk, onto the vertical axis, it is additionally installed an eccentric and centrifugal regulator of revolutions. The wind-driven electric plant is additionally equipped with an emergency brake.
