摘要 PURPOSE: A photosensitive tabular member suction mechanism and an image recording device are provided to adhere substrates of different sizes on a stage by using suction force resulting from negative pressure. CONSTITUTION: A stage(152) includes an upper surface for placing a photosensitive tabular member(150). A plural suction holes(172) are formed on the upper surface to suck the photosensitive tabular member. A plurality of opening/shutting members(178) are disposed in the respective suction holes. Each of the opening/shutting members is capable of moving between an open position and a closed position. A moving unit(176) is used for moving each of the opening/shutting members to the opening position or the closed position.
