PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a short pipe for a vibration prevention bracket is provided to save wasted materials during cutting process, raise the productivity and manufacture the high-quality and precious short pipe quickly by installing a set of metal mold comprising apparatuses for cutting, bending, forming a coil iron plate and manufacturing the short pipe in one press machine without changing total the apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A coil iron plate is mounted to one side of a press. A coil iron plate is cut by a predetermined length by a cutting punch and a cutting hole of a cutting apparatus by pressing. The cut iron plate is positioned on the upper portion of a lower bending mold. The iron plate is bent to have a U-shape by a bending block and a bending punch of a bending apparatus. The bent iron plate is positioned on the upper portion of a lower bending mold. A short pipe is formed by a lower molding die and an upper molding die of a molding device.
