ELECTROLYZER CAPABLE OF ACCOMPLISHING SMOOTH DRAIN OF ELECTROLYTE BY INSTALLING ELECTROLYTE DRAIN COLLECTOR

PURPOSE: An electrolyzer is provided to execute a smooth drain by installing an electrolyte drain collector, to prevent an electrolytic solution from being leaked by inserting O-ring into the housing of the electrolyzer, not to have a direct effect by heat generated from an electrolysis because of a cell frame fixed by bolts instead of fixing rubbers and to improve the life span of the electrolyzer by not containing a carbon. CONSTITUTION: A plate is provided on the outer surface. A cell frame having a gas or electrolyte flowing hole is provided in the plate. An MC nylon is inserted on the outer portion of the plate. Covers are fixed on the front and rear surfaces of the plate. An electrolyte drain collector(20) is installed at the lower end portion of an electrolyzer. At least a housing or more is connected by connecting tube. A drain pipe(21) is connected to the lower end portion of the housing and the electrolyte drain collector.
