PURPOSE: Structure of a glove box guide easy to mount and remove is provided to easily mount a glove box guide on a glove box and easily remove the glove box guide from the glove box by adopting the dial-typed locking structure. CONSTITUTION: Structure of a glove box guide comprises a locking unit(30) installed in a glove box(10) and a guide unit connected with the locking unit. The locking unit includes a connecting groove(40) having an opening, a guide groove(32) composed of an opening extended from the connecting groove, and a second guide groove(32') formed on the periphery of the glove box. The guide unit includes an insertion bar having an end portion engaged with a crash pad, guide bars aligned with the guide groove in the open state and received in the second guide groove in the closed state, and a handle for converting the opening and shutting state of the guide bar.
