PURPOSE: A system for managing and providing sequential QoS service, and a method therefor are provided to provide useful customer data to a customer management system by managing quality elements in real time from a point starting to use a service to a point ending the service. CONSTITUTION: An SANQ(Service Availability and Network Quality) agent(110) copies packets passing along by a network link from a terminal in real time, and detects the packets based on packet filtering rules to measure/transmit sequential QoS(Quality of Service) information. A QoS manager(130) integratedly manages sequential QoS information received from the SANQ agent(110). A database server integratedly manages data collected by an SANQ system.
