PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparation of silk towel to minimize the damage by friction to the skin and to eliminate cloasma, freckle and the like without allergy by simple wetting with water and massage. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of weaving silk fabric(1a) with reduced number of cross points using grey yarn of 100% silk; physically processing the surface of the silk fabric by suede or sandwash; and cutting the silk fabric in the form of towel; folding and finishing the edges(2a) by interlock. The grey yarn of silk is one selected from raw silk or silk yarn. The silk fabric is one selected from CDC(Crape de Chine), twill, satin weave or georgette. The method further comprises the step of removing dust remaining in the fabric with diamond brush and coating ion exchange water consisting of 10.0g of H-I, 90.0g of binder, 2.0g of fixing agent, 0.50g of dispersing agent, 0.50g of anti-foaming agent, 2.0g of crosslinker and remainder of aqueous ammonia to the fabric.
