PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus is provided to prevent accidents by arranging a plurality of light emitting diodes over a pedestrian crosswalk. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus(100) comprises a column(10), a horizontal bar(20), a first light emitting unit(30), and a second light emitting unit(40). The horizontal bar equipped with the first light emitting unit is mounted on a top of the column such that the first light emitting unit is electrically connected to a converter(70) arranged at a lower side surface of the column. The second light emitting unit is arranged beneath the horizontal bar such that the second light emitting unit illuminates a pedestrian crosswalk. The first light emitting unit includes a plurality of light emitting diodes(31) for emitting blue light. The second light emitting unit includes a shade(41), and a plurality of light emitting diodes(42) arranged in the shade.
