PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fire proofing material, sound proofing material, heat insulating material and equipment protecting filler is characterized by using paper-making sludge and increasing foamability and strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fire proofing material, sound proofing material, heat insulating material and equipment protecting filler using paper-making sludge is as follows: putting 50-93wt.% of the paper-making sludge, 2.0-15wt.% of carbonate, 4.8-30wt.% of a fire proofing agent and 0.2-5.0wt.% of an adhesive into a mixer; feeding water to the mixer, followed by mixing and kneading a mixture; and then compressing or extruding the mixture to make a needed form. |
