PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic coating device for coating electron wave-protection coating and precipitable coating, which accomplishes a degree of freedom in rotation of a turntable, and permits a material to be coated with a coating layer to be clamped automatically. CONSTITUTION: The automatic coating device comprises a casing, three linearly moving portions, a first rotatable portion(24), pivotable portion(25), spray gun(40), turntable(50), second rotatable portion(26) for rotating the turntable, air and coating supplying portion(45), controller(80) for controlling the movement of the portions, touch-screen controller(81) for carrying out a predetermined work program and a pneumatic controller. In the automatic coating device, the turntable comprises a rotation die, a plurality of mounting dies on which at least one material to be coated is mounted, a plurality of chucking members and a plurality of clamping portions for clamping the mounting dies. The clamping portion comprises a plurality of pneumatic cylinders and a clamping member. The second rotatable portion comprises a hollow driving motor, hollow pipe, inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. The inner cylinder has multiple air flow paths, wherein each air flow path is connected to a pneumatic pipe, which is connected, in turn, to the input/output ports of each cylinder. The outer cylinder has multiple input holes formed spirally in the outer circumferential surface thereof, wherein an external air supplying source is connected to each input hole. |
