Direct current generators (2, 2n) that are inserted in the protected parts of net in order to be insulated depending on the ground are obtained from the common primary generator of alternate and direct current over a transformer station or a transformer having galvanic isolation (1). Currents which flow through insulation resistors (4,4n) toward the ground are taken into the monitor-meter where on spanners=> Sentovi (5,5n) are transformed into voltage that are, in low-permeable filters (6,6n), filtered and used as input information into comparative circuits (7, 7n) that, on the grounds of comparison of this with the determined one, comparison voltages, are directed with signal and protective elements of reley characteristics. Switching the selector swith (8), of ommeter (9) from one to the other channel, provides that measuring the insulation resistance of multiple channels with only one measuring instrument. |
