PURPOSE: A closing portion structure of a cap, etc., which maintains the closing force in the operating portion of the cap, is provided to improve the functionality of the present closing portion, to reduce the production costs of a mold therefor by simplifying the mold structure and to increase the endurance. CONSTITUTION: The closing portion structure maintains the closing force in a cap(1), like bottle cap, or spout, etc., or an operating portion similar to the cap(1). The closing portion(2) is located in the corresponding portion of a container mouth, and includes a lower end which is so configured to help the closing portion(2) to be folded to one side.
