摘要 PURPOSE: A stator structure of a thin winch for an elevator is provided to reduce the thickness of the thin winch, to reduce the manufacturing cost of a stator, and to improve maintenance performance. CONSTITUTION: In a stator structure of a thin winch for an elevator, the thin winch has a rotor frame(210) and a stator frame(220). In the rotor frame, a small-diameter body(214) is projected outward to the center of a large-diameter body(212) of a vessel shape one side of which is opened, and a rotating shaft(216) is projected to the inner center of the small-diameter body. Plural rotors(270) are combined to the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter body and a brake disk(218) is projected to the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter body. In the stator frame, a main shaft(222) to be fitted to the rotating shaft of the rotator frame is formed to the center, and a rotor-receiving part(224) is formed to the outer peripheral part of the main shaft. The outer peripheral part of the large-diameter body including the rotors is received in the rotor-receiving part. Stators(300) are installed to positions corresponding to the rotors. The stator comprises plural core pin-combining bodies and connection plates(318). Plural core pins(312) are layered and fixed to the core pin-combining bodies by fixing pins(314). The connection plates are divided into plural numbers to have a uniform radius of curvature and an angle. The connection plates are interposed between both ends of the corresponding fixing pins to make the core pin-combining bodies connected and combined to the inner peripheral surface of the rotor-receiving part in an annular shape.
