Access flap (15) for the storage area (6) of a cereal or leafy vegetable harvester has sensors that detect whether the flap is in a closed or open position. The sensor signals are transmitted to a control device which switches off or on working tools, e.g. a pressing device (3), dispensing device (4) or threshing floor (5), that access the storage space.
