The invention relates to a universal hoeing cutter meant for hoeing the hoeing plant cultures. According to the invention, the cutter has a crest distroyer (27), having the role of protection and wear element, mounted in the lower side of a case (13), with some assembling members (25 and 28) comprising some semi-cases (28 and 29), having the shape of a skate, in the area of the soil attack, it has a cutting blade (a), in the posterior side, some wings (b) curved to an angle (alpha >90 ) and which has a contour (c) of parabolic shape, and in the upper side it has a rectangular-sectioned pocket (d), wherein there are practiced some attaching holes (e) and a pocket (f) having some transition rays (r). The pockets (d and f) are reinforced with some V-shaped welded scrapers (30), having some points (g) of the sides curved at 90 in relation to a symmetry axis (h) of the distoyer (27), so that, while functioning, the skate cutting blade (a) splits up the crest along the axis of the cutting band, in equal parts, some wings (c) which dislodges and crash it, directing it to pass through the channel formed by the wings (b), a scraper (30) and the wings thereof (g) which level the same, these wings having also the role of scraping the soil off a protective cap (21) and off a body (31) of the roller bearing.
