The pharmaceutical composition contains a combination of L-carnitine, acetyl L-carnitine and propionyl L-carnitine or their pharmacologically acceptable salts. It can be also used as a dietetic additive to wholesome and medical diets or as nutritive additive for the prevention of alcohol addiction of healthy patients, in particular young people.
