The invention relates to an installation for the individual hot and/or cold water supply of the flats of a block. The claimed installation comprises some tube-shaped distributors (A) provided with some nozzles (6) whose number corresponds to the number of floors of said block, on each of them there being mounted a measuring loop (B) consisting of two straightway valves (7) and a water gauge (8), said distributors (A) corresponding to the number of flats on the same floor of the block and being mounted in a manhole (C), in at least two parallel and spaced apart columns.
