<p>The invention relates to an osteointegrable screw implant, used as support for dental prosthetic constructions, and which uses an instrumentary kit used for implanting operations. According to the invention, the osteointegrable screw implant comprises an endobony component (A), a healing screw known per se and one of the endobuccal components (B and C). The endobony component (A) comprises a body (1), which shows, in a crown area (a), a cylindrical portion (b) with smooth surface, followed by a channel (c) opened towards the exterior, laterally delimited by some inclined walls (d and e). The endobuccal component (B) which is the conical blunt, comprises a body (3) provided, in a crown area (g'), at the exterior, with a taper portion (h'), on whose surface there is practiced some circular channels (i') opened towards the exterior.</p> |
