PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing an environmental-friendly block by using rice halls and the recycled aggregate using the waste concrete. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S1) burning rice halls incompletely at 300-1,000 deg.C; (S2) pulverizing the burned rice halls; (S3) mixing 100.0 parts by weight of cement, 600,0-700,0 parts by weight of recycled aggregate, 5.0-10.0 parts by weight of the rice halls ash, 30.0-40.0 parts by weight of water and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent; (S4) molding the mixture; (S5) curing the molded one; (S6) filling the culture soil into the cured block; (S6) spreading culture soil on the block; (S8) sowing a seed in the spread block; (S9) spreading top soil on the seed-sowed block; and (S10) raising the block inside to allow the root of a plant to pass through the block.
