A simple fitness training system has a support frame (2) with two fixed hand grips (22, 23) straddling a seat support. The seat mounting tilts about a horizontal axis and swivels about a vertical axis to provide all round freedom of movement. A seat back (24) provides support and the legs are supported on an adjustable strut with foot grips (26) attached to the seat. The whole structure is easily assembled and dismantled.
