The composition is used in the explosives industry. It is designed for making profiled charges for pulse treatment of materials under factory conditions or in the place of using them by through moulding, rolling, extrusion and other methods for the treatment of polymer materials. The composition permits smooth adjustment of the explosion characteristics by selecting the inert component. It comprises, in wt.%: blasting explosive material hexogen - RDX, or octagen - HMX, or triaminotrinitrobenzene - TATB, or tetranitrapentaerythrite - PETN, or benzotrifuroxane - BTF from 40 to 95, stearine 0.01-1.97, and/or ceresine 0.1-1.27, sodium salt of 4-phenylaminoazobenzene-4-sulfoacid 0.02-0.06, nitrocellulose 0.5-5, dibutylphthalate from 4.5 to 35, dioctylphthalate from 4.5 to 35 and inert component up to 50.
