<p>The apparatus for the uniform distribution of electric charges in a power distribution network with at least two phases, comprises at least two current sensors (16 and 18) coupled to a first and a second phase (fi1 and fi2), respectively, of a power distribution network with at least two phases, the current sensors (16 and 18) being destined for measuring the electric current through the phases. The switches (22, 24, 26, 28 and 30) coupled to one of the branching circuits (1, 2, 3 and 4) are destined for connecting the first and second phase (fi1 and fi2) to one of the branching circuits (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). The apparatus further comprises current sensors (42, 44, 46, 48 and 50) for measuring the electric currents through each of the branching circuits (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and a processor (12) for controlling the switches (22, 24, 26, 28 and 30) so that the said electric currents, through each pair formed from the first and second phase (fi1 and fi2) should not exceed a predetermined threshold. The processor (12) is coupled to the sensors (16 and 18), to switches (22, 24, 26, 28 and 30) and to the current sensors (42, 44, 46, 48 and 50). The processor (12) is designed and adapted to use one of the following functions: a) the differences between the said electric currents through each pair formed from the first and second phase (fi1 and fi2) and b) the ratios of the mentioned currents through each pair consisting of the first and second phase (fi1 and fi2), the processor calculating alternative combinations of branching circuits which shall be connected by means of the switches, said processor controlling the connection of the branching circuits through the switches to the phases so that the mentioned functions should not exceed the said threshold.</p> |
