The invention relates to telecommunication systems. In order to ensure a reliable transmission of a selected data category through the mobile communication systems independently of a load level produced by other data categories, each terminal device of the inventive telematic system is provided with the transceiver of a mobile digital communication network, the transceiver of an Orbcom satellite communication system fitted with an antenna, the receiver of a GPS system, interface units, an analogue signal processing unit and with a main power supply unit which are united by the common bus of a local network. Said terminal device is also provided with a unit for forming system receiving/transmitting frame for controlling a message transmission time. A dispatching and monitoring centre is provided with a server for the messages of the mobile digital communication network, the system frame computer and with a data control server which is connected to the mobile digital communication network control centre for receiving commands related to the modification of the system frame parameters when the load of the mobile digital network is modified. |
