A process for gas purification of detrimental impurities by passing flow of gas to be purified between a liquid precipitation grounded electrode formed by water stream flowing over conic surface and an mounted co-axially electrode connected to a power source, characterized in that said mounted co-axially electrode is provided with needles and connected to N AC or DC of 10-300 kV for generating atomic hydrogen for reducing chemical components of detrimental impurities and collecting them on said liquid precipitation grounded electrode as elementary substances.
