Cash dispensing machine

The machine has a validation unit for validating cash e.g. bills, inserted via an insertion slot. A detachable storage unit (30) stores the validated cash. Communication units in each of the units transmit and receive cash information of the validated cash and an identification (ID) information of the cash specific to the machine. A memory unit in the storage unit, stores the cash information in based on the ID information. An independent claim is also included for a cash dispensing system having a cash dispensing machine.
