The method involves using at least one first and at least one second frequency band for user station communications in the radio communications system (SYS1). Communications are carried out between user stations on the at least one second frequency band (FShared) after successful random access (RA) to radio resources of the at least one first frequency band (F11). Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a radio communications system with a number of user stations; and (b) a network device in a radio communications system.
