PURPOSE: A welding line guide device of a head unit of a strip welding machine is provided to improve working efficiency by moving the torch to the right and the left and placing in the welding line with the guide roller, and to prevent welding failure by separating the welding torch bar from the welding line in an emergency. CONSTITUTION: A head unit of a strip welding machine is composed of a moving plate(3) movably installed to a fixed plate(1), and a welding torch bar(9) combined with a torch body fixing plate(8). A welding line guide device of the head unit is composed of a holder(10) combined with the torch body fixing plate, and a guide bar(14) installed in the same line with the welding torch bar of the holder and composed of a guide roller(12) rotated and moved in the welding line. The welding torch bar is installed in the holder, and the holder is elastically combined with the torch body fixing plate by inserting a leaf spring between a fixing bolt and a nut.
