PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality bimorph oscillator at a low cost, by applying the electrode agent to one of the two ceramic sheets, putting the other sheet onto the first one with the pressure and burning applied and then polarizing the electrode when necessary and after the electrode agent dries up. CONSTITUTION:The organic binder plus the organic solvent are applied in a proper amount to the ceramic powder smashed to fine pieces. Thus slurry 1 is obtained. And this slurry is flowed onto flat substrate 2 and then extended via plate 3 to be dried and hardened. Thus two sheets of ceramic sheet 1' are obtained. Then electrode agent 4 functioning as the intermediate electrode is applied on the single surface of one of two ceramic sheets 1', and the other sheet 1' is put onto the first sheet with the pressure and burning applied. Thus ceramic sheet 1' is turned into piezoelectric element through the burning. After this, electrode agent 5 is applied on both the upper and lower surfaces of the piezoelectric element and then dried up. Such electrode is then polarized when necessary for the parallel- or serial-type bimorph, thus obtaining a bimorph oscillator. |
