The device has a collar comprising a movable portion (11) that bears a control lever (3) and is displaced angularly relative to a stationary portion (8). Torsional coupling unit locks in rotation the movable portion under an action of axial thrust elastic unit. The movable portion is moved away from the stationary portion against the action of the thrust unit to enable to rotate the angular position of the lever. An independent claim is also included for a motorcycle driving assembly comprising a device for adjusting the angular position of a control lever.
