PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a head cover of a sprinkler is provided to extrude an additional trimming process because of non-existent bur and to improve the manufacturing efficient of the head cover by forming holes by using punch machining. CONSTITUTION: In a press process, a columnar base block in a predetermined thickness is machined by a pressing method to make a bowl shape. In a punching process, a center hole(20a) and spraying holes(20b) are formed. In a surface processing process, the surface of head cover(20) is machined to increase the asperity. When a base block is thin in thickness and has a large area in size, the base block can be pressed with a relatively low pressure in the press process. The head cover is precisely formed without any additional trimming process.
