An Optimizer of Interdependent Information connected between the external system of input and storage of interdependent information and the external system of dynamic processing of interdependent information; and containing sequentially connected to each other means of reading from said external system of input and storage and interdependent information, step-by-step identification, ordering, and storing of the fragments of the collection of said interdependent information based on their sequential interdependence, as well as the means of identificaiton and storing of the individual fragments containing, respectively, the input and output parameters from said collection based on the initially assigned address information about the zones of location of the input and output information within said system of input and storage and interdpendent information; and the means of translation and storage of the information about said memorized identified and ordered fragments of said collection of interdependent information for its subsequent use in said system of dynamic processing of interdependent information.
