IMAGE DISPLAY FOR IMPROVING CURRENT MOBILITY OF THIN FILM TRANSISTORS CONSTITUTING CIRCUIT REGIONS

PURPOSE: An image display is provided to improve current mobility of thin film transistors constituting circuit regions requiring high-speed operation, thereby meeting the specifications special for the respective circuit regions by optimizing a combination of plural layouts, arrangements and configurations for the respective circuit regions. CONSTITUTION: An image display comprises an insulating substrate(SUB), a plurality of circuit regions fabricated on the insulating substrate and a display part(DSP) having a plurality of pixels(PXL). Each of the pixels and the circuit regions uses a polycrystalline silicon semiconductor film, wherein at least one of the plurality of circuit regions has the first type of thin film transistor and the second type of thin film transistor, and the first type of thin film transistor is different from the second type of thin film transistor in a direction of current flowing through the channel of thin film transistor.
