摘要 <p>A method for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis comprises an invader method using a FRET probe containing a luminescent dye and quencher, in which the luminescent dye is a rare-earth fluorescent complex labeling agent. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a composition for controlling fluorescent luminescence, comprising a combination of rare-earth fluorescent labeling agent(s) and ligands of formulae (I), (II), (III), (IV), (V) and (VI), and a fluorescence quencher of formulae (VII), (VIII) and/or (IX); (2) a highly-sensitive labeling probe for SNP analysis containing the luminescent dye and quencher with the rare-earth fluorescent complex labeling agent as luminescent dye and the fluorescence quencher as light-removing substance; and (3) a kit for SNP analysis containing the probe.
