A photosensitive emulsion comprises an organic silver salt containing at least two organic silver salt grains with different average grain size; a photosensitive silver halide and a dispersing medium. An independent claim is included for a photothermographic material comprising a transparent support having a light-sensitive layer containing the photosensitive emulsion, a reducing agent and a binder.
