The system has an outside environment detecting unit detecting brightness, weather condition, and road curvature and position of a preceding vehicle. A vehicle state detecting unit detects a vehicles state operated by a driver. A controller (4) receives data from the two units and sends output signals to drive circuits (51-56). An indicator (7) displays a control state of a light controlled by the circuits.
